Delete your account
You can delete your Productive Believer account and all of its data at any time. Here is how.
This is permanent. Deleted data cannot be recovered. Data that lives only on your phone (like the journal and guest-mode data) is removed when you uninstall the app.

In the app
- 1 Open Productive Believer and sign in.
- 2 Go to the Settings tab.
- 3 Tap “Delete my account” at the bottom.
- 4 Confirm twice. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
No access to the app?
By email
Email us from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm within two working days and delete all data within 30 days.

- Routines, check-ins and streak history
- Notes and daily reflections
- Calendar events
- Prayer logs
- Focus (Pomodoro) history
- Notifications and settings stored in your account
We do not keep any of this data after deletion. Donations made through Stripe are recorded by Stripe for legal accounting purposes and are not linked to your app account.
